Guest Lecture

In March 3, 2009 IBS “Kelajak Ilmi” 3rd years students was able to listen to the presentation on topic “Executive search” given by Mrs. Hilola Suleymanova, Country Manager Uzbekistan, Pedersen & Partners. 


20 third year student attended the presentation. Speaker said that Pedersen & Partners was founded in January 1, 2001. Since the very beginning we have focused solely on executive search. DAAD and Goehte Institute

In February 27, 2009 International Business School “Kelajak Ilmi” held German Culture Day with the help of DAAD and Goehte Institute and was success.

92 current students and staff attended the event. Early in the morning the representative from Goehte Institute Miss Dildora Mukhammadaminovna brought catalogs, journals, posters, little memorabilia such as; special badges, small flags and each student was able to observe and pick up information. IBS building vestibule was decorated with banners, and informative posters.

Miss Anneger Beier, DAAD – Spachassistenth and Mr. Daniel Lepetit brought distribution materials and show informative short films about education and educational system in Germany. Given presentation offered the opportunity to take a closer look at the many advantages provided by Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs at the German universities. Students were able to learn that regardless of where they stand, one thing is certain: Life –long learning is a key factor for a successful career.

It was important also to know following about German university characteristics:

- They offer internationally recognized degree;

- They are accredited, or have an accreditation pending;

- They are taught solely or primarily in English;

- They have an internationalized curriculum with study period abroad;

- They include professional coaching and counseling for international students inside and outside your specific area of study.

Taking advantage of given information will ensure students to make the best possible program choice.

Visit of the high-ranking visitors!

On April, 8th visitors Business of school were:
His Excellency the Ambassador of the Great Britain in Uzbekistan, Mr. Iain Kelly , Chairman of Uzbek- British Chamber of Commercie and Industry, Mr. Booth Hartley, and also the Managing Lawyer of " Denton WildeSapte” company , Mrs. Muborak Kambarova. During their visit guests have acquainted with Business School and organization of educational process, have visited lectures, library and computer classes where they had an opportunity of direct communication with students and chance to see the level of technical and informational equipment of school.

U.S.Embassy in IBS “Kelajak Ilmi”

On Wednesday, March 18, IBS “Kelajak Ilmi” had a guest-speaker – Mr. Sean O’Hara, U.S. Council. The topic of lecture was “Work and Travel” program provided by U.S. embassy.
Mr. Sean O’Hara gave all necessary information and details how to apply for this program.
Students were involved in discussion by asking questions. The administration of IBS would like to thank Mr. Sean O’Hara for visiting “Kelajak Ilmi”. Special appreciation to Ms. Elnora Murodova, Specialist of Information and Education Department.

“Developing of Corporate Brand”

On Friday, February 1st, IBS “Kelajak Ilmi” had a guest-speaker – Director of Corporate Affairs, Mr. Farkhod Niyazov. He gave the guest-lecture about the process of creating successful corporate brand. The lecture was full of experience and practical tools. During the lecture the local marketing environment and marketing strategy of “Sarbast” company were discussed. Students were impressed with the interesting and creative advertisement campaign of “Sarbast” corporation.
